Puzzle Pieces – Tara's Story

This story is about the experience of a Community Innovation liaison whose goal was to reduce the impact of financial strain on the health of members in her local community. It shows how her community had enough services to support those with financial strain and that they often did not communicate well with each other or have common goals. She describes how focusing on connecting the services that are available can be more beneficial than focusing on what gaps exist in supportive services.
